Start the game by flipping a PENGUIN PANIC card, then race your friends to say a qualifying word. You can’t say names, numbers, or repeat a word that has already been used to win. Warning: this game causes wild and outrageous levels of fun. You will find your friends making up words that don’t exist, yelling things that surprise you, or just freezing up under the pressure.
PENGUIN PANIC is a great icebreaker (no pun intended) and turns any gathering into a great party. It is a must-have for your college dorm, cabin, or family game library.
Separate the 2 decks • Shuffle each deck and place on the table.
Flip the top Ice Breaker deck card face up.
Flip the top Penguin Panic deck card face up! THE PANIC BEGINS!
Players compete to come up with a qualifying word first. The first player to finish saying a qualifying word is the winner of that round and receives the flipped “Penguin Panic” card to record a point.
To determine the letter in play, reference the color of the circle on the face-down “Penguin Panic” playing deck. If the circle is red, then the red letter is in play. If the circle is blue, then the blue letter is in play.
